How to Complete a Single Machine Project
Customizing a single machine is highly cost-effective using our modular assembly system. Here is our engineering process to bring your individual device to life.
Phase 1
Modular Component Selection
Instead of designing from scratch, we select standardized power supplies, internal brackets, and treatment modules. This eliminates expensive tooling and R&D fees for a single machine.
Phase 2
Shell Paint & Branding
The chassis shell is individually painted to match your clinic branding. We apply high-durability vinyl logos or precision CNC engraving directly onto the front casing.
Phase 3
Software & GUI Flashing
We flash custom operating firmware onto the control console. The boot animation displays your company logo, and the treatment interface matches your corporate color scheme.
Phase 4
Energy Calibration & Testing
Our laboratory engineers individually calibrate energy levels (IPL pulse width, RF frequency outputs, or Cryo cooling curves) and perform electrical insulation tests.
